INSURANCE AND BILLING
We accept Cigna DPPO, Delta Dental Premier and Florida Combined Life dental insurance plans. We will be happy to assist in filing most other traditional insurance plans. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Malwin Family Dentistry does not participate with Medicare.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept checks, cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. However, payment would be due at the time of service.
